IMPORTANT INFO:

1. Exhibit set up may begin at 9am on Aug 1 – 2^nd floor Unicorn/Veiltail Rooms at the first exhibit time is 3:15pm
2. Booth Tear down maybe begin by 1245pm and finish by 3pm.
3. Floor plan assignments coming later with updated PRE-REG list – 6’ Table top: 
   • I will provide a printed map of booth spaces to providers for them to stop by your booth, get the card signed and be eligible for prizes at the end of the show.
4. Demand was high for space so we moved the conference to the 2^nd floor - Unicorn/Veiltail Rooms - exhibitors will be in 2 rooms beside each other with assigned spaces so providers can FIND YOU
5. You may furnish giveaways to BETH before 5pm on Aug 1^st to be used or you can certainly have your own giveaways at your booth space.
6. Casino night is Aug 1 at 7pm and includes drinks, dinner and games and prizes – it is an ADD ON for $50 so please let me know if you have any questions.
7. Electricity:  I have received requests for $75 electricity from:  Brightree, First Quality, Medline, Philips, Prochant,  React.  If you have NOT requested and need it, please advise by FRIDAY NOON
